Penelitian ini membahas performa komunikasi uplink pada sistem Direct-to-Satellite Internet of Things (DtS-IoT) dengan mempertimbangkan kemungkinan tabrakan paket antar perangkat tak terkoordinasi. Dua protokol ALOHA diuji LoRa-CSS kanal tunggal dan LR-FHSS dengan frequency hopping. Model analitik dibuat untuk memperkirakan probabilitas keberhasilan transmisi dan divalidasi melalui simulasi Monte Carlo. Hasil menunjukkan LR-FHSS mampu menjaga probabilitas berhasil di atas 0.9 meskipun jumlah perangkat aktif tinggi, sedangkan LoRa-CSS menurun pada payload besar. Hasil ini menjadi dasar kuantitatif pemilihan protokol uplink DtS-IoT.
