Tuna Loin grading is an application based on mobile that for identified quality into three Grade using a computer vision and deep learning model, EfficientNetV2 combined with image preprocessing techniques, Shades of Grey and Self-Adaptive Illumination Correction, and Contrast Limited Adaptive Histogram Equalization. This Application developed as a solution to sort the quality of fish in each class. With this application the users upload their pictures through a smartphone, where the image will be processed in the cloud using an integrated deep learning model. After passed the analysis process, this application will shows the result in the form of grade A, B, C, for each fish analyzed, based on the criteria for each class of freshness that has been determined by the model. This allows users to be more efficient in managing fish sorting, reducing the time and labor required, and ensuring that the sorted fish meet the expected quality standards. This application is expected to be a tool in the modern fisheries industry, supporting efforts to create a fairer and more transparent fish trade, and improving the lives of fishermen by providing access to quality and affordable seafood and fisheries for the community.
