Leads and strategizes the entire incubation program. This person is responsible for setting program goals, securing partnerships, and overseeing the selection and graduation of startups.

Kepala Urusan Incubation and Entrepreneurship
Leads incubation and entrepreneurship initiatives by supporting startup development from ideation to growth, while fostering innovation and entrepreneurial programs aligned with the organization's strategic goals.

Kepala Urusan Business Development
Oversees business development strategies by building partnerships, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting startups in expanding their market reach and commercial potential.

Coordinator of Pre Incubation Program
Oversees the initial phase of the program, focusing on ideation, market validation, and business model development for early-stage startups before they enter the full incubation program.

Coordinator of Business Development
Supports the Business Development Unit in identifying growth opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and facilitating innovation commercialization initiatives. Plays an active role in project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and the execution of business development programs that generate sustainable value and impact.
Shoffa Anbar
Coordinator of Post Incubation Program
Supports startups after they complete the main incubation phase. This role focuses on helping them secure funding, scale their business, and connect with market opportunities and partners.
Lianna Fauziyyah Hakim
Incubation & Entrepreneur Cooperation coordinator
Provides legal support and guidance to the incubator and its startups. This includes helping with company registration, intellectual property protection, contract drafting, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
Putri Atika Surya Sakinah
Coordinator of Incubation Program
Manages the day-to-day operations and logistics of the incubation program. This includes scheduling events, managing resources, and ensuring participating startups meet their milestones.

Inkubasi merupakan program pembinaan intensif yang dirancang untuk membantu startup tahap awal dalam mengembangkan produk, memperkuat model bisnis, dan mempersiapkan diri menuju pasar serta potensi investasi. BTP menghadirkan pendampingan strategis, fasilitasi pengembangan, serta akses jejaring yang luas untuk mendorong pertumbuhan startup secara berkelanjutan.
SME Coaching
Kegiatan ini merupakan sesi pendampingan intensif bagi pelaku usaha kecil dan menengah, dan komunitas untuk mengembangkan strategi bisnis, meningkatkan kapasitas manajemen, dan memperkuat daya saing. Melalui bimbingan mentor berpengalaman, peserta mendapatkan arahan praktis mulai dari pengelolaan operasional, pemasaran, hingga pengembangan produk, sehingga mampu tumbuh dan beradaptasi di pasar yang dinamis.
