Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Decode and Forward (DF) RA-D2D dua arah di mode underlay yang mampu memberikan power control yang optimal dalam komunikasi D2D dengan menggunakan relay aided (RA) pada komunikasi uplink yaitu dengan menambahkan perangkat Relay diantara pasangan D2D. Proses dalam memperoleh alokasi daya yang optimal dengan menggunakan algoritma iterative. Setelah itu, dilakukan alokasi daya yang optimal kemudian dianalisis berdasarkan parameter performansi yaitu dari segi sumrate, spectral efficiency, dan power efficiency.
