Diktat yang menjadi panduan untuk melakukan training atau pelatihan pada pegawai PT KAI untuk tingkat dasar dengan materi yang diajarkan mengenai pemahaman tentang komponen-komponen elektronika berikut dengan hukum-hukum dasar, memahami alat kerja elektronika sintel dasar, pengenalan simulasi dengan perangkat lunak Circuit Simulator, dan proyek sederhana pada protoboard.
