Penelitian ini mengembangkan sistem pemantauan kadar alkohol pada teh kombucha secara real-time berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) dengan mengintegrasikan sensor MQ-3 sebagai pendeteksi kadar alkohol melalui uap, sensor DHT22 untuk pengukuran suhu lingkungan fermentasi, dan sensor pH-4502C untuk pemantauan tingkat keasaman teh kombucha. Mikrokontroler ESP32 digunakan sebagai unit pemroses utama dan pengirim data ke platform Thingspeak.
