Materi-materi terdiri dari konsep bisnis ritel, perilaku konsumen ritel, strategi bauran pemasaran ritel yang terdiri dari lokasi dan multi distribusi ritel, pengelolaan SDM dalam ritel, pengelolaan promosi dan penetapan harga ritel.
