PenyuEvac SDSS is a Flutter-based desktop application designed to assist in sea turtle conservation efforts, specifically focusing on data ingestion, environmental risk analysis, and evacuation routing for nesting sites. The system combines biological data (turtle egg counts, hatch rates) with environmental and spatial data (tides, weather, coordinates) to evaluate the risk levels of various beach locations. Using Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) models such as TOPSIS and WSM, PenyuEvac helps conservationists make informed decisions on where and when to evacuate turtle eggs to safer hatcheries.
