Aplikasi My-QUE merupakan aplikasi yang dapat digunakan untuk melakukan survey kepuasan pelanggan terhadap kualitas dari layanan, misalnya pada wedding organizer. Aplikasi ini menggunakan metode Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Dengan bantuan aplikasi ini, pemilik layanan dapat mengetahui hasil kepuasan pelanggan secara akurat dan terpecaya.
